Wake-ups: When a Tesla is parked and asleep to save battery, it may need to be woken before a command can be delivered. Tesla charges a premium for wake-up API requests, so Wristla limits wake-ups per billing cycle to keep subscription pricing affordable.
Commands themselves are not limited. If the car is already online, or once it has been woken up, you can keep sending commands without affecting the wake-up counter.
The wake-up limit helps keep subscription prices low while covering Tesla Fleet API costs.
