• The portal is provided "as is", with best-effort availability.
• No warranty is provided for uninterrupted operation, command execution timing or third-party API uptime.
• You confirm you are authorized to connect the Tesla account and linked devices.
• Tesla commands can affect a real vehicle. Use them only when safe and lawful.
• The service does not autonomously send vehicle commands; commands are sent only after explicit user actions in the portal or linked device integrations.
• If a command is not delivered to the vehicle within 1 minute, it expires and is not executed.
• Non-delivery can be caused by vehicle offline state, poor connectivity, or other third-party conditions outside portal control.
• Vehicle status pages in Wristla use telemetry and cached snapshots and do not wake a sleeping vehicle just to display status.
• Some command flows may require waking a sleeping vehicle before command delivery. Subscription plans include up to 80 wake-ups per billing cycle across all Teslas linked to the account.
• Only the wake-up itself counts against that limit. Commands sent while the vehicle is already online, or additional commands sent after a successful wake-up while the vehicle remains online, do not reduce the wake-up balance.
• If the wake-up limit is exhausted for the current billing cycle, Wristla will not wake a sleeping vehicle and commands can be executed only while the vehicle is already online.
• Wake-up limits are per billing cycle and do not roll over. Tesla Assistant request limits are per day and reset automatically each day — unused requests do not carry over.
• AI assistant feature: your vehicle telemetry and trip data are analysed to provide a personal Tesla AI assistant. Responses are generated by a third-party AI provider and are visible only to you. AI-generated answers are informational and may contain inaccuracies — they do not constitute professional advice.
• By using the service you consent to the collection and processing of anonymised vehicle telemetry for cross-user comparisons, aggregate benchmarks and service improvement. These anonymised metrics cannot identify individual users or vehicles.
• You must not use the service for abuse, unlawful activity, reverse engineering, or security testing without written approval.
• Tesla/Garmin/Stripe services are third-party dependencies and may affect availability or behavior.
• You are responsible for commands executed from your account and security setup (2FA/password).
• Wristla is not liable for damages or losses caused by user-initiated commands, account misuse, or compromised credentials, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• For sensitive vehicle actions, the portal may require extra verification (including 2FA) and may reject risky requests.
• Service access may be limited for abuse, fraud, security incidents or legal obligations.
• Operational and security events may be logged (including IP/user-agent/action metadata) for audit and incident response.
• Liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
