Subscription Terms

Version: 2026-04-02.1

Trial period: 14 days, then recurring monthly billing according to checkout price details.
Auto-renewal stays active until canceled in Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation keeps access until the paid/trial period end date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where refund is required by applicable law.
Tax and currency are calculated by Stripe during checkout.
Card and billing details are processed by Stripe under Stripe legal terms and policies.
Wristla is not a payment processor and does not store full card numbers/CVC.
Subscription status is synchronized from Stripe webhook events and checkout/billing portal flows.
80 vehicle wake-ups are included per billing cycle across all Teslas in the account.
Only waking a sleeping vehicle counts against the wake-up limit. Commands sent while the vehicle is already online do not reduce the wake-up balance.
After a vehicle is woken and remains online, additional commands may be sent without additional wake-up usage.
If the wake-up limit is exhausted for the current billing cycle, Wristla will not wake a sleeping vehicle and commands can be executed only while the vehicle is already online.
Vehicle wake-up limits are per billing cycle and do not roll over. Tesla Assistant request limits are per day and reset automatically each day — unused requests do not carry over to the next day.
Charge disputes, refunds and mandatory consumer rights are handled under applicable law and Stripe rules.

AI Assistant Slots

The Wristla AI subscription includes 1 AI Assistant slot for 1 Tesla vehicle.
Additional AI Assistant slots can be purchased as part of multi-vehicle yearly plans: AI+1 (2 vehicles), AI+2 (3 vehicles), up to AI+5 (6 vehicles).
Each AI Assistant slot is assigned to a specific Tesla vehicle by the account owner.
Once an AI Assistant is assigned to a vehicle, it cannot be reassigned to a different vehicle until the current subscription period ends.
Tesla vehicles without an AI Assistant retain access to Garmin watchface and Garmin app features included in the subscription.
AI-exclusive features (efficiency analytics, Pace of Aging, trip/charge analytics, Tesla AI Assistant chat, vehicle alerts, and telemetry-based recommendations) are available only for vehicles with an active AI Assistant slot.
Upgrading to a plan with more AI Assistant slots takes effect immediately. The additional slot(s) become available for assignment right away.
Downgrading to a plan with fewer AI Assistant slots is not available during an active subscription period. Changes take effect at the next renewal. If the new plan has fewer slots than currently assigned vehicles, the most recently assigned assistant(s) will be deactivated at renewal.
Multi-vehicle plans are available as yearly subscriptions only.
