4. Security and responsibility model

• Commands are sent only after explicit user actions.
• The service does not autonomously execute vehicle commands.
• If a command is not delivered to the vehicle within 1 minute, it expires and is not executed.
• This can happen when the vehicle is offline, connection quality is poor, or due to other third-party delivery conditions outside the portal control.
• 2FA is supported for account protection.
• Action and security events are logged for audit and abuse prevention.
